About the Role: As an Equipment Services Technician, you will: * Diagnose and perform minor and major repairs on heavy trucks and equipment. * Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure vehicles operate safely and efficiently. * Follow strict safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment. * Work in varying conditions, including dust, grease, noise, heat, cold, and inclement weather. What We're Looking for: * Four years of journey-level experience in heavy truck and equipment repair. * Current possession of or ability to obtain within six months: * Class A CDL License with Tanker Endorsement * NC Emission/Safety Inspection License * Air Conditioning Recovery Certification * Physical ability to perform job duties, including walking, stooping, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. * Must have own tools. Minimum  Qualifications: * High School Diploma/GED  * "OR" an equivalency of 1 Year Heavy / Medium Duty and Equipment Experience or Heavy Truck / Diesel Technology  * 4+ years of documented Journey Level experience in heavy truck and equipment repair/maintenance * Valid Driver's License * Class A CDL License with Tanker Endorsement  * Emission/Safety Inspection License and/or Air Conditioning Recovery Certification ("OR" the ability to obtain within 6 months from hire date)  Preferred Qualifications: * Associate Degree or higher in Automotive Systems Technology, Heavy Equipment & Transport Technology or "related" field * 5 years experience in medium and heavy truck maintenance * Certified NC Emission/Safety Inspection License * ASE  Air Conditioning Recovery Certification on Medium / Heavy Truck Series * Series. NC Class A CDL License with Tanker Endorsement,  * Emission/Safety Inspection License and/or Air Conditioning Recovery Certification
