Position Overview: Domify is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Marketing to establish, scale, and lead the company's end-to-end Marketing strategies, activities, and efforts. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with a founding team and top-tier investors to shape the future of AI within the Wealth Management space. As the founding Marketing executive, you will have the opportunity to define and implement a full-stack Marketing strategy that drives demand generation, enterprise acquisition and engagement, and brand awareness within the Wealth Management industry. You will need to be strategic but also hands-on; able to balance defining and driving corporate-level initiatives with day-to-day execution within a fast-growth environment, working directly with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Product Officer. The Vice President of Marketing must be a data-driven, revenue-focused, tactical Marketing expert who can grow and lead a full-stack Marketing program that positively influences enterprise customers every step of their journey. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Growth/Account Based Marketing: Develop comprehensive, full-funnel demand generation strategies within the Wealth Management sector. Build industry-focused ABM programs, implement and continuously improve pipeline growth and acceleration strategies. Optimize GTM strategies and own the entire marketing funnel, tracking and optimizing performance at each stage - own and influence the entire buyer journey. Leverage all associated metrics and analytics of acquiring customers and pipeline management, understand the nuance between MQLs, SQLs, etc. Leverage AI-powered marketing tools to automate and optimize campaigns. Continually assess best in class Mar-tech options, select and implement tools and technologies that drive efficiency and support optimization. Stay ahead of industry trends and marketing technologies to enhance effectiveness. Manage and optimize all digital channels (SEO, SEM, email marketing, LinkedIn Ads, social media) to drive traffic and engagement. Track performance and iterate based on data insights. Content & Thought Leadership: Create compelling content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and webinars which effectively establish Domify's brand as an authority in AI-driven Wealth Management solutions. Develop and improve communications/messaging, create and implement effective sales and marketing tools, including management and development of sales collateral, case studies, presentations, and customer success stories which enhance productivity across all GTM activities and drive value across Domify's ecosystem. Event & Partnership Marketing: Selectively target industry events, conferences, and partnerships which enhance brand visibility, build brand awareness, and drive lead generation and retention. Define and execute a plan to measure the success of branding efforts. Brand Creation: Lead brand creation efforts in close partnership with the executive team and outside resources/agencies. Desired Background, Skills & Experience: 8-10+ years B2B marketing experience within WealthTech / FinTech, SaaS, or AI-driven industries. Proven track record in demand generation, lead acquisition, and digital marketing strategies. Deep familiarity with Wealth Management, Financial Services, or Enterprise B2B marketing. Experience managing and leveraging agency relationships. Experience managing SEO/SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media campaigns. Strong content creation skills, with the ability to translate complex AI and financial topics into clear, concise, engaging messaging. Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, and data analytics tools. Ability to thrive in a startup environment, balancing strategy with hands-on execution. Experience with AI-driven marketing tools and automation platforms, as well as an understanding of regulatory considerations impacting financial services marketing is beneficial.
