This role is accountable for developing, maintaining, updating, distributing, and managing estimates, observing and monitoring the performance of the Superintendent, and overseeing change orders and the billing process. This individual will also be responsible for supervising subcontractor performance, ensuring the project meets quality and performance specifications and regulatory requirements, managing the start-up of the project, reviewing costs against estimates for each total project, and updating labor productivity reports. Candidates must be permanently based in the St. Louis area and willing to travel to regional project locations for extended periods of time (up to 85%). Education and Experience Bachelor's degree related to the construction industry and 10 years' experience in project engineering, construction project management, or related activities, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience as the lead construction manager on institutional and/or healthcare projects is required. Experience leading projects in excess of $50 million is strongly preferred.
