Reporting to the SVP, Head of Data & Analytics, you will lead the development of predictive models, integrate diverse data sources, and enable real-time decision-making to enhance paid media effectiveness for patients and HCPs. This role will require a deep understanding of healthcare media ecosystems, including pharmaceutical marketing regulations, HCP engagement strategies, and patient behavior analytics. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a future-focused approach, incorporating AI, machine learning, and privacy-first solutions to evolve our data-driven capabilities.If you bring Substance, Style, Conviction, and Grace"”along with the skills below"”we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:Lead the organization's data strategy, ensuring the effective use of data to drive business and media insights, innovation, and operational efficiencies.Serve as a visionary leader with deep expertise in data management, analytics, and business intelligence.Guide clients on best practices in measurement and marketing analytics, driving conversations and addressing key performance questions.Identify gaps in the overall data strategy and processes, collaborating on enhancements.Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring the agency's analytics approach evolves with the healthcare marketing landscape.Partner with executive leadership to establish key data priorities and roadmaps, ensuring initiatives support both immediate and long-term business goals.Advocate for data-driven decision-making across all levels of the organization, building a culture of accountability and insights-based execution.Train and mentor Data & Analytics team members in career development.Position SSCG Media Group as a thought leader in AI-driven healthcare media analytics, engaging in industry panels, conferences, and whitepapers.Data Governance & Management:Oversee the design and implementation of scalable data architecture, integrating diverse data sources.Collaborate with data architect and solutions engineer to drive overall best practices in data operations and dashboard development.Manage strategic data partnerships, ensuring high-quality and ethically sourced data.Evaluate and implement emerging technologies in big data, AI, and cloud computing to optimize data usage.Develop, communicate, and implement data & analytics scopes of work.Campaign Measurement & Performance Optimization:Lead and mentor a team of data analysts (Director - Senior Analyst) in identifying, gathering, and analyzing data to generate deep insights into patient and HCP behaviors, campaign performance, media efficiency, and ROI"”while developing analytics reports with actionable recommendations to optimize campaign performance.Guide cross-functional teams in the creation of relevant benchmarks for KPIs and diagnostic metrics tailored to brands.Integrate offline (Rx lift, HCP engagement) and online (digital engagement, conversion) data for closed-loop measurement.Collaborate with media planning, strategy, and activation teams to enhance campaign performance through data-driven insights.Provide feedback on team deliverables to ensure client-ready outputs.Integrate generative AI to enhance real-time campaign insights, creative analytics, and predictive audience segmentation.Qualifications and Experience:10+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or marketing analytics, with a strong background in healthcare and media; at least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role.Experience with ad serving and reporting tools (Google Campaign Manager).Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PPT.Experience with most of the following analytics applications: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (or similar data platform).Experience manipulating large data sets, interpreting data trends, and using a multitude of disparate data sources and tools.Proven experience leading omnichannel measurement.Familiarity with cloud-based data storage and warehousing solutions like Snowflake, AWS S3.Knowledge of data engineering best practices and modern ETL pipelines.Working SQL/R/Python knowledge and experience working with relational databases.Highly proficient in creating dashboards and custom reports with knowledge of visual techniques for data analysis and presentation.Strong analytical ability, critical thinking, and proactive problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - both independently and in team settings - with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills to prioritize effectively with customer-centric focus.Exhibits strong initiative, sound attention to detail, and ability to think strategically.Experience leading analytics presentations and presenting in new business pitches in a clear, effective, and dynamic manner.Leadership and management experience, including mentoring junior team members.Ability to travel to client meetings.Omnicom Health is committed to hiring and developing exceptional talent.
