Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience "” talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range$120,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yrTheDirector, Consumer Engagementis for an enthusiastic, highly collaborative marketing individual who possesses a unique blend of creative and business skills to deliver results. This individual will be responsible for communicating the consumer marketing narrative-storytelling linked to PR, Social, Influencer, Paid Media and Experiential Marketing in North America.A primary focus of this role will be to build relationships with key beauty, lifestyle and other influencers, along with supporting the Vice President, Marketing with marketing partnerships to drive brand awareness, engagement and interest for KIKO MILANO.This role will be based in New York (hybrid working).MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Create the connections across global consumer marketing channels and be a strong storyteller that links social, creative, public relations, paid media, along with immersive and experiential marketing strategies.Identify and build powerful relationships with beauty, lifestyle, and other influencer marketing partnership opportunities that will drive earned media results.Partner with external public relations (PR) agency to host influencer activations.Work with global consumer engagement team to drive positive year-on-year growth across paid, earned, and owned media.Prepare and present consumer marketing objectives, strategies, and plans to global retailers.Establish, develop, and maintain strong cross-functional relationships. Liaise closely on all go-to-market programs, brainstorming, and gaining feedback before programs are finalized.In partnership with the Vice President, Marketing (North America), ensure a cohesive brand strategy story across all global channels and campaigns while keeping brand, digital, and creative at the forefront.Manage the daily needs as it pertains to the North America media needs including partnering with retailers, submitting creative briefs, and trafficking all assets.Develop North America paid media strategies in partnership with the Vice President, Marketing.Responsible for pursuing innovation and disruptive opportunities across all levers including new platforms, social partnerships, experiential activations, and coop strategies.Work closely with the social team to identify localized opportunities to drive brand affinity (digitally).Identify local partnership opportunities to increase brand awareness across North America.Responsible for identifying paid talent opportunities and to drive execution based on targeted KPIs.What You Will NeedMinimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in a similar position.Specialized experience within social, influencer, public relations, and marketing communications.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent presenter, communicator, and project manager.A good listener that is skilled at winning people over.Organized and detail-oriented in both managing tasks and budgets.Ability to work under pressure effectively and efficiently.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multi-task.Creative thinker, problem solver, and market disruptor!Seniority levelDirectorEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketing, Advertising, and Public RelationsIndustriesRetail and Personal Care Product Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
