Elena James , a new American Restaurant from the team at   Opal  and  Nina May , is looking for a new team member!   We are searching for a passionate and detail-oriented General Manager to join our team at our new restaurant in Chevy Chase.   As the General Manager, you will oversee the restaurant's daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent service, and maximizing profits while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.    Key Requirements: - At least 2 years of managerial experience in the hospitality industry - Proven success in managing a restaurant profitably  - Experience in training and leading staff to deliver excellent service  - Strong communication and interpersonal skills  - A deep passion for providing high-quality, sustainable dining experiences  - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail    If you are a highly motivated, results-driven restaurant manager with extensive restaurant knowledge and a passion for sustainable dining, we welcome your application for this exciting opportunity.
