About the Role: As a Commercial Account Executive at Oleria, you will play a crucial role in shaping our sales strategy and driving revenue growth. This role focuses on a high-velocity, hunter sales motion targeting mid-sized enterprise accounts (under 2,000 employees). You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals and fostering long-term customer relationships. This position offers the opportunity to directly impact the future of cybersecurity and work closely with our leadership team. We are hiring for one position East of the Mississippi and one West of the Mississippi. Job Responsibilities * Develop and execute a high-velocity sales strategy, including heavy daily prospecting and targeted outreach within your assigned territory. * Identify and qualify potential customers within the small to mid-sized enterprise market, focusing on their specific security needs and challenges. * Leverage Account-Based Research (ABR) strategies for larger enterprise prospects while maintaining a wider net of targeted ICPs. * Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting the value proposition of Oleria's solutions. * Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, accurately forecasting opportunities and consistently exceeding sales targets. * Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and long-term customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with channel partners to expand market reach and generate new business opportunities. * Partner with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns and refine our go-to-market approach. * Provide feedback to the product team based on customer interactions, contributing to the ongoing development of Oleria's solutions. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM. Job Requirements * 4+ years of experience in a hunter sales role, specifically within the security technology software industry, targeting mid-sized to large enterprise customers. * Experience as a Business Development Representative with a successful track record of cold calling, new lead creation and closed business * Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing deals in the $50k - $500k+ ACV range. * Demonstrated success in high-velocity sales and heavy daily prospecting. * Experience working with channel partners. * Strong understanding of the IAM/IGA landscape and the ability to articulate the value of Oleria's solutions. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with C-level executives and other key stakeholders. * A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and a passion for cybersecurity. * Bachelor's degree * Ability to travel as needed.
