Position Summary Responsible for the planning of all outbound shipping to internal and external customers. Responsibilities * Daily Load Planning for multiple distribution centers * Preparing daily Warehouse Schedule * Monitor DC mailbox for transportation deliverables * Scheduling extra freight available to our customers * Scheduling other DC's OOT shipments * Contact with customers when shipments arrive late or need to be rescheduled * Sending customer notifications either by manifests/phone calls/ confirming correct appt through automatic emails * Process outbound stock order transfer (STO) shipments * Run minimum weight block and road block report daily * Monitor daily transportation reports from corporate partners * Process LTL, UPS, XPAS, Branding orders daily * Other duties as assigned Typically requires a high school degree; or 1-2 year vocational training / associates degree
