What We Need: We are looking for a National Accounts Manager to join our HNI Workplace Furnishings team. This role will strategically support project business and merchandising activities for assigned account(s) and associated team. This role will provide high-level business performance reviews and drive overall performance through achievement of goals, pricing strategies, and delivery of outstanding customer support. What You Will Do: * Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to drive business objectives to assigned accounts. * Provide visibility and high-level understanding of account management to customer ensuring effective product assortment, pricing strategies, and promotion activities are alignment with company objectives. * Develop and implement merchandising strategy working with Senior Managers to define KPIs as measure of success and progress. * Manage day to day project business and sell-through for assigned accounts. * Travel to and support indirect partnerships through our assigned wholesale channel partners. (Estimated travel 20%) * Identify opportunities and risks associated with category and/or customer communicating with key business partners and provide timely resolutions. What You Have: * Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred. * At least 1 year of business development, field sales, or account management is required; 3 years preferred.
