The Role: We are seeking a Senior Manager - Brand Marketing and Sales Enablement to champion our brand across all sales-facing channels and drive strategic alignment between sales and marketing. Reporting to the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer , this role ensures that all sales materials, trade show activations, retail showrooms, and sales representatives consistently reflect our brand identity and messaging while equipping the sales teams with the right tools to succeed. Responsibilities: Brand Stewardship & Sales Support: Serve as the brand steward for the sales organization, reinforcing brand guidelines across all touchpoints and ensuring a cohesive brand experience. Develop and oversee marketing collateral including brochures, sample kits, binders, digital tools, retail display elements, promotional gifting and other sales enablement resources to enhance the customer journey. Travel as needed to retail showrooms, trade shows and other events to ensure brand adherence, provide guidance and training. Ensure all customer-facing collateral, sales tools and presentations align with broader brand initiatives and nobilia North America's value proposition. Strategic Sales Enablement: Take a proactive, strategic approach to supporting internal teams, ensuring brand consistency and effectiveness while managing budgets. Prioritize workload effectively, balancing strategic initiatives with urgent requests, while confidently managing and setting clear expectations and timelines. Trade Show & Event Strategy: Support nobilia North America's trade show presence, ensuring a compelling and consistent brand experience across all activations. Evaluate trade show opportunities and sponsorships, making strategic recommendations to maximize brand exposure and ROI. Oversee the creation of event marketing materials, booth design, and in-showroom activations that reinforce brand identity. Attend trade shows and industry events to assess brand execution, provide on-the-ground support, and gather insights for future improvements. Qualifications & Skills: Strong background in brand management, marketing strategy and sales enablement. Graphic design skills highly preferred. Ability to manage expectations, navigate competing priorities, and confidently enforce brand standards. Experience developing marketing collateral, sales tools, and training programs that enhance sales effectiveness.
