Key leader on the commercial team, responsible for driving revenue amongst multiple national accounts. This role will collaborate with cross functional teams to drive all consumer touch points across the US, working closely with various retailers to develop and maximize dedicated plans. The ideal candidate will have 5-8+ years of experience in account management with expertise in the beauty category, passion for product, consumer-obsessed and a strategic mindset. Must be a team leader with proven ability to inspire, collaborate and grow the next generation of talent. The candidate should have a track record of driving profitable business results, while pushing the boundaries to test and learn across disruptive go-to market initiatives to drive brand awareness, traffic and sales. This position is a hybrid role based in either Glendale (Los Angeles), CA or New York, NY with minimal travel required. Responsibilities: Partner with accounts & internal ops team to drive shipments and achieve revenue goals. Lead and help develop account management support team for optimal success. Partner with Commercial SVP & Finance to establish annual revenue and sell through goals, while ensuring margin targets are achieved for all retailer promotional programs. Partner with retailer team & internal cross functional teams to develop retail programming to support seasonal launches and core SKU initiatives. Collaborate with VP Field, Education & Events to construct store level sell through driving strategies & activities. Manage/maintain strong retailer relationships to optimize opportunities for Stila. Manage/allocate promotional budgets to garner the strongest ROI by account. Collaborate with internal cross functional partners to maximize brand productivity. Provide feedback/updates to Commercial SVP on how accounts are performing to revenue/sales goals & budgets. Travel as required to key customers/clients. Qualifications: 5-8+ years of experience in sales or brand management in Beauty. BA/BS required or equivalent related work experience. In-depth knowledge of beauty industry (Amazon/.com is highly desirable). Proficiency with forecasting, inventory management, sales analysis, budget management, merchandising, and market activation. Strong relationship building and management skills, and strong negotiation skills. Strong collaborator who can work effectively with key internal and external cross-functional partners. Demonstrate high levels of integrity and accountability via strong leadership track record. Strong organization, presentation, and strategic planning skills. Self-motivated, self-directed, passionate, positive, can-do attitude. Proficiency with MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
