This is a remote/work-from-home role with some travel to client sites and offices. If you're a strategic, results-driven procurement professional with expertise in facilities management (FM), this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact. About the Role As a Procurement & Supply Chain Consultant, you'll lead procurement and supply chain mobilisation activities, collaborating with internal teams (operations, finance) and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient transition. What We're Looking For Strategic Procurement & Supply Chain Expert with deep knowledge of the US FM market Strong stakeholder and supplier relationship management (SRM) skills Supplier network in FM (hard & soft services) is a strong advantage Commercial acumen with contract formulation and negotiation experience Digitally savvy - strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook skills; PowerBI & CAFM experience a plus CIPS/APICS qualification or equivalent training desirable Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work autonomously, remotely, and flexibly in a multicultural environment Key Responsibilities Strategic Procurement & SRM - sourcing, benchmarking, supplier negotiations, spend analysis Supply Chain Mobilisation & Stabilisation - leading the full procurement lifecycle for new accounts Commercial Strategy & Contract Management - RfX processes, pricing, benchmarking, contract formation, savings identification, and budget control Supplier Onboarding - working with procurement, operations, QHSE, and finance teams Ethical & Sustainable Procurement - supplier diversity, social value, and modern slavery prevention Location Remote (Work-from-home) with travel to client sites, primarily in New York .
