THE OPPORTUNITY Shopper Marketing - Account Supervisor Could this be you? The Account Supervisor will work within the Shopper Retail Marketing team and will be responsible for the successful development and delivery of online marketing campaigns for Ford Motor Company within mid-to-lower shopping tactics including Paid Digital OLA, Video, Social, E-mail, and Site content. We are looking for an energetic, process driven leader with strong organization skills who thrives on multiple priorities in a fast paced, high performing environment. Candidate must possess a team collaborative mindset with the ability to see challenges as opportunities and strive for creative solutions. In this role you will... * Work with internal and external partners of GTB/Ford across various disciplines (Media, Creative, Account, Project Management, Legal, AdOps, Website, Platform and Analytics) including building strong client/agency relationships based on a variety of digital marketing objectives. * Function as the day-to-day client and agency liaison in the development of Shopper integrated digital campaigns that support brand launches, always-on shopping tactics and sales event communications. * Drive development and implementation of digital content that ensures consistency across all consumer touchpoints (T1-T3) within individual campaigns. This includes working with cross functional teams, participating in strategy briefings and monitoring project communications throughout the entire content development process. * Work within the Account Director and project management team to ensure creative/approval timelines are met within budget restrictions. * Maintain understanding of all client media and production schedules and rationale behind them. * Provide overall direction to creative and other support team functions. Prepare meeting call reports and communicate detailed progress with clients/project partners. * Review and approve all copy, layouts and proof for assigned projects prior to final client approval and asset delivery. * Develop and maintain post campaign summaries including assets created, creative examples, media placements (including custom content partners), and any analytics/research included. You have... * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. * 5+ years of agency experience. Automotive and Retail experience highly preferred. * 5+ years of direct experience in digital media marketing * Social experience preferred, but not required * Relationship building and management skills a must * Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with ability to educate internal agency personnel * Ability to address difficult issues and to solve problems quickly in the face of challenges. * Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * There is no relocation assistance for this role. The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
