Stockroom Associate Reports to Operations TeamCORE VALUES:Customer Focused (develop relationships, exceed expectations, treat customers like you would like to be treated)Respect ( employees, customers, suppliers, our brand) Teamwork ( collaboration, open communication, be passionate and have fun) Results Driven (strong will to win; work to standard, not to time)Kaizen (continuous improvement; embrace change; don't settle, share ideas)WE OFFER:Competitive payGreat benefits packageExcellent growth opportunitiesGreat work/life balance. Job Responsibilities:Maintain an organized stockroom area.   Bin organization (clearly identified part numbers, description, etc.)           Inventory properly stored in bins and overflow easily identified)           Daily trash removalInventory MovementEnsure all inventory movement is documentedAssist purchasing department in maintaining adequate stock levelsWhen requires, review work orders or MOs for material requirementsMaterials received damaged from vendor or from production employeesKeep these items clearly segregated for resolution and documentationSubmit proper paperwork to relieve inventoryUPS and Vendor ReceivingReceive, inspect, document, and store inventory and suppliesReview purchase order documentation vs. packaging list and items receivedAssist with Parts Department packaging and shipping when necessaryFollow all company safety rules.  Operate forklift as necessary.Participate in shop cleaning schedule.Serve as back-up to other functions as necessary.Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.  Qualifications:Minimum 2 years warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment required.  Basic computer skills, Microsoft and ERP.Must be able to lift 50 lbs.Excellent customer service skills.Attention to detail.Ability and willingness to follow instructions.Ability to become forklift certified, training and certification provided by company.    Must be able to pass background check and drug screen. Shop Conditions:Non-air conditioned shop (proper ventilation exists)Lifting, bending, stooping, standing, walking, climbing on ladders Busy shop with loud machinery  Powered by JazzHR
