Lucia is a progressive Afro-Caribbean fine dining experience, aiming to illuminate the richness and diversity of the cuisine. Job Details   The Back Server position ensures the flow of service while assisting the server in the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the tables. Job Details  Clear unused plate ware only when the guest is finished  Wipe table between courses without interruption to guest conversation Clear, clean, and sanitize tables, booths, and chairs between seatings  Re-fill water when necessary Communicates the needs of guests to FOH staff immediately. Ensure floors are always without debris and moisture Clean and maintain appliances needed for service and report all breakage, damage to equipment or furniture immediately to management Properly sets-up side stations, performs side-work and other opening/closing procedures as directed
