Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience "” talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range$160,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yrAdditional compensation typesAnnual BonusAbout the RoleThe Human Resources Director will be looked to as a respected/trusted business partner and advisor to the executive leadership team on all things people, culture, and talent. The newly hired Director will be tasked with leading a national HR team and ensuring the strategic alignment of HR and business priorities to deliver positive business outcomes. Core responsibilities for the role are, but are not limited to, employee lifecycle management, performance management, HR process implementation, and the enhancement of organizational culture, fortifying the company's employment brand in the marketplace. This role will require a hands-on, agile, people-facing leader that can drive harmonization and integration across the business while simultaneously leading a team to deliver HR support, guidance, and direction for the organization on a real-time basis. The ideal candidate for this role is a player/coach that can readily toggle between executing, delegating, coaching, and problem solving to pace with a fast-paced leadership team.Key PrioritiesPeople/Process Leadership:Lead, manage, and develop a high performing, geographically distributed, HR team. Lead the evaluation, design, and implementation of HR processes related to performance management and goal setting, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and employee development.Org Integration:Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to develop and implement a fully integrated HR roadmap in support of the organization's ongoing acquisition activities. Provide end-to-end leadership and ownership of HR workstreams inclusive of HR due diligence, employee-facing communication plans, and defining and executing against optimal integration timelines for payroll, benefits, and HR systems.Change/Communication Management:Partner with the executive leadership team to proactively manage change and communicate all strategic company initiatives. Champion the organization's efforts to ensure employees understand changes and their desired outcomes.HR Technology & Data:Quickly assess and identify opportunities for the effective utilization of HCM & Payroll platforms. Evaluate the effectiveness of existing processes and associated pain points hindering the organization from fully integrating and leveraging HR technology on an enterprise-wide basis.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field.7+ years of experience in Human Resources as an HR business partner with at least 4 years of leadership/management experience.5+ years of manufacturing industry experience.Proven experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).Seniority levelDirectorEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionHuman ResourcesIndustriesManufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
