Our extensive array of community-based services are fully integrated, bilingual and culturally competent.POSITION OVERVIEW:Under supervision of the Administrator of Quality Improvement Systems, the Promesa Community Residence Program Director ensures quality care and oversees the functions of the Promesa Community Residence Program according to NYSOMH regulatory and accreditation requirements.This individual is responsible for the oversight and implementation of care and resources for the purpose of meeting the physical, emotional and social needs of patients and/or clients. The Promesa Community Residence Program Director provides supervision to the intake services and works with the Assistant Program Directors to develop, implement, track, report, and evaluate measurable outcomes.The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities as defined by the ADA to perform the essential functions of the job.The annual salary for this position is: $70,000 annually.KEY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Plan, develop and monitor day-to-day operations for the licensed community residential program servicesHire and provide leadership, guidance, direction, and supervision to all staff including administrative staff to ensure accurate and timely completion of services plans and summary notesParticipate in program evaluation activities and deliver (or learn to deliver) services using evidenced-based practices.Review the completion and appropriateness of all intake documentation, including patient health history, drug abuse history and previous treatment failures.Review and approval of initial needs assessment and initial treatment plans.Knowledge of Federal, State, and City regulatory requirements and ensures that all aspects of clinical care conform to these requirements.Conduct client intake screenings.Ensure restorative services occur in a timely manner.Implement necessary systems in compliance with NYS OMH and certification requirements.Establish and foster community/provider relationships.Oversee billing process.Participate in agency management and planning activities.EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Five (5) or more years of progressively responsible experience as the Director of an Article 31 behavioral health setting preferredDesire to provide quality mental health services and to develop the administrative and clinical staff in a well-managed mental health care facilityExperience with Medicaid/Medicare preferredAn understanding of funding and industry regulations and a track record of meeting compliance standardsStrong leadership, excellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to work on a strong team of professionals in a culturally diverse environmentAbility to multitask and to work and function under pressureEDUCATION REQUIRMENTS:Master's degree Required - LMSW, LCSW or LMHCWHY JOIN US:Acacia Network provides a comprehensive and competitive benefits package to our employees.
