You will be comfortable in the classic ABAP environment and in BTP as well. You will be an individual contributor and lead a small team of developers.ResponsibilitiesLead small delivery teams, both onsite and remote in the development areaHands-on contribution as part of the team providing development contributions and leadershipProvide guidance to the project and business teams, while ensuring delivery of the development needs of projects, on timeConstruct technical solutions for the client needs using SAP ABAP and SAP BTP Tools and Services, in conjunction with functional team membersUnderstand and/or quickly learn business challenges presented and translate them into requirements/solutionsCollaborate closely with members of internal and client teams and have the ability to work independentlyMinimum Requirements8 years experience as an ABAP Developer including other module experience with working knowledge of ABAP programsUp to 25% travelKnowledge of ERP modules in the programming context as well as general business processesClassic ABAP technologies are assumed including Modern Object-Oriented ABAP (classes, methods), Forms (SAPScript, Smartform, Adobe), and Enhancements (User Exits, BADI, Enhancement Spots)Knowledge of modern technologies found in the BTP space/SAP BuildInterfaces including RFC, BAPI, JSON, ODataSAP Data Migration including BDC, LSMW, ALE, IDOC, EDI IntegrationPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of PI/PO or CPI concepts and toolsSAP (Flexible) WorkflowEclipse Development toolsFiori developmentRF and mobile device integrationCDS viewsJAVA, JavascriptAbout ReplyReply specializes in the design and implementation of solutions based on new communication channels and digital media. Reply services include Consulting, System Integration and Digital Services.The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $130,000 - $160,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications and as applicable, other required qualifications.
