Our core values are speed, trust, and extreme ownership.About the RoleWe're looking for our first Creative Production Manager to lead video, photography, and drone content production at Giga Energy. This role will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-impact visual content that brings our products, customers, and brand story to life. You'll travel globally to customer sites to document product installations and customer success stories, while also working locally at our Long Beach, CA manufacturing facility to showcase our full product line.The ideal candidate is a hands-on content creator with expertise in video production, photography, and post-production editing. You should be comfortable flying drones, capturing dynamic industrial footage, and producing compelling narratives for social media, our website, and video platforms. This role is critical in fueling demand generation, content marketing, and brand storytelling efforts.This position reports to the Head of Marketing and offers an exciting opportunity to build a world-class creative function at a fast-growing company.ResponsibilitiesCapture and produce high-quality video, photo, and drone content that showcases Giga Energy's products and customer success storiesTravel globally to customer sites to document product installations, customer interviews, and industry use casesEdit and produce polished content for social media, the website, and other digital platformsWork closely with the demand generation, content, and marketing teams to fuel campaigns with compelling creative assetsRegularly capture product visuals at our Long Beach, CA manufacturing facilityManage video and photo assets, ensuring efficient storage, tagging, and accessibilityYou may be a good fit if you:Have 4+ years of experience in video production, photography, and post-production editingAre proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and LightroomHave experience with drone operation and aerial cinematography (FAA Part 107 certification is a plus)Are comfortable traveling globally to capture customer stories and product installationsThrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoy wearing multiple creative hatsHave a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality video, photo, and storytelling capabilitiesCan work independently while collaborating closely with marketing, content, and demand generation teamsHave experience capturing industrial, energy, or infrastructure-related contentAre skilled in motion graphics or 3D visualizationHave worked in a B2B or technical industry, translating complex topics into compelling visualsHave experience with multi-camera shoots, lighting setups, and live-action storytellingIf you're passionate about building efficient, data-driven revenue operations and want to have a direct impact on a company's growth trajectory, we'd love to hear from you!Salary Range$60,000-$100,000 USDEqual Opportunity Employer StatementGiga Energy is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
