Employer Industry: Financial Services and Technology Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $215,000 Eligible for an annual incentive plan Comprehensive benefits package including health care, retirement planning, and family-friendly perks Opportunities for continuous learning and career development Work with a world-class AI ML team on cutting-edge generative AI solutions Supportive environment focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of production-grade generative AI services and solutions Design and manage large-scale distributed systems including data ingestion platforms and microservices Develop MLOps/LLMOps platforms with automated pipelines for model deployment and monitoring Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into production systems Create and maintain documentation and knowledge bases on MLOps/LLMOps processes and best practices What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 8+ years of progressive experience in machine learning, data analytics, or similar roles 5 years of relevant experience in MLOps/LLMOps, machine learning engineering, or Big Data Proficiency in writing production-level, scalable code using Python or Scala Experience with distributed systems programming and cloud platforms How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): 2-3 years of experience operationalizing data-driven pipelines for large-scale analytics solutions Involvement in open-source initiatives or participation in Kaggle competitions 6-12 months of experience with RAG pipelines and prompt engineering Familiarity with SageMaker and/or Vertex AI We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
