We are looking for passionate, driven people who want to join a high energy and growing team to make a difference in customers lives and who want to be on the ground floor of digital innovation that aims to reinvent what a pharmacy and a health care company can be.The Senior Manager, Digital Portfolio Management & Finance is part of the Retail Digital Product Office (which includes Omnichannel Commerce, Loyalty & Subscription, and more), responsible for cross-portfolio alignment of our product roadmap, investment funding, and annual planning. The Senior Manager closely partners with Solution Train and Product teams and drives the day-to-day coordination with business partners. This role is responsible for managing portfolio finances and communications, representing a consistent product voice to internal and external stakeholders.Job Responsibilities: Engage with business unit (BU) partners on a regular cadence (join team meetings, hold small group meetings, participate in BU roadmap and problem-solving meetings, etc.) to ensure Product Office understands current business priorities. Manage annual capital planning process for the portfolio, which involves close coordination with business unit partners on joint roadmap development and alignment on capital needs for the annual submission. Manage financial health of the portfolio to ensure we always understand how we're trending against our initiative, train, and portfolio-level budgets and are addressing risks & opportunities to stay on budget. Partner with Solution Train and Product teams to understand their four quarter product roadmaps and ensure teams are appropriately funded, staffed, and are accurately reporting their work throughout the year. Develop and present monthly updates on the financial health of the portfolio to Senior Leadership. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 95,000Maximum: 209,000Required Qualifications 5+ years of retail, finance, or management consulting experience.3+ years working with analytics tools (Excel, Tableau, etc.)Preferred Qualifications Previous experience managing annual capital planning or other financial budgeting exercises.Analytical thinker who is focused on turning data into insights and stories.Masters/Advanced DegreeEducation Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
