Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst II to join our Finance Analytics team. Key Responsibilities Prepare and finalize Rate Development Template (RDT) reports. Develop both standard and ad-hoc healthcare utilization reports to aid strategic decision-making for leadership and different departments. Analyze, reconcile, and present financial healthcare data across the organization's operations. Utilize SQL Server tables to create analytical reports that summarize findings and interpret results. Serve as the primary liaison with IT and Healthcare Informatics teams to convert business requirements into effective technical solutions. Ensure the financial data's integrity through quality assurance and peer review processes on reports and outputs. Required Skills Strong understanding of accounting principles and practical experience in SQL for data extraction and report generation. Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a collaborative workplace. Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to engage with diverse teams across the organization. Proactive mindset in identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for enhancing financial processes. Commitment to continuous improvement and professional advancement. Qualifications A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial or data analysis within the healthcare sector. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Proficiency in SQL, Access, and Microsoft Excel, with demonstrated experience in documenting database queries and macros. Capability to cross-train and provide support to other areas within the department as required.
