Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking a highly motivated Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Analyst (Mid-Level or Senior) to support the Mobility, Surveillance and Bombers (MS&B) CFO and Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Senior Manager in Tukwila, WA . As the CFO Analyst, you will be the right-hand person to the CFO, primarily responsible for prioritizing tasks, driving cross-functional collaboration on strategic projects, overseeing communications, and ensuring smooth execution of key financial initiatives across the organization, effectively acting as a "first line of defense" for the CFO's time and attention. MS&B is a multibillion-dollar portfolio that is made up of exciting programs, such as KC-46, E-7, VC-25B, P-8, Bombers, AWACS, 777X components and all executive transport programs. Position Responsibilities: Strategic Planning / Management: Collaborates with division/program CFO(s) and executive team to develop strategic initiatives (e.g. production rate studies, key make v. buy decisions) Drive Division Performance: Leads "Cost of the Division" initiatives (managing targets, driving accountability); partner w/ programs and functions to ensure performance to staffing commitments; improve visibility and rigor of key Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for major programs Capital Process: Leads for MS&B capital process Partner to Drive Division Risk Management: Manages division RIO process, partnering with owners to ensure closure/performance to plan Improve MS&B / BDS LT "Up & Out" Product / Consistency: Coordinates with Program CFOs and Program Managers to ensure consistency across leadership briefing materials/reviews Special Projects: Supports the CFO and FP&A Senior Manager with ad hoc initiatives and projects Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3+ years of experience in business related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management, Marketing and Sales) Experience working in cross-functional teams Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Project Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Highly motivated self-starter and self-directed learner with a creative mind, and high attention to detail Strong critical thinking, problem solving, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated presentation skills to senior managers and/or executives Experience with Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) financial planning and/or financial analysis Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range for Mid-Level (Level 3): $85,000 - $115,000 Summary pay range for Senior (Level 4): $106,250 - $143,750 Export Control Requirements: This position must meet export control compliance requirements.
