We are seeking a full-time project manager, who has experience managing enterprise software implementation and end-to-end delivery of projects from the solution side. This is both an external customer-facing role and an internal task management role, so if you have effective communication skills, have strong commercial awareness and are detail-oriented, we'd love to hear from you. This individual must be comfortable liaising with customers at both the business and technical levels. The primary responsibility of the Implementation Project Manager is to manage client-facing service delivery projects, which involve software implementation and consulting services. A secondary responsibility is to identify and manage NomadGo's internal process improvement initiatives throughout the organization. In a fast-growing company like NomadGo, change is rapid and frequent. There are many new technologies, teams, and processes that impact both employee and customer experiences. The Project Manager's role is to prepare and support all personnel, both internal and the client's, to adopt change and drive organizational success and outcomes. You will be required to support multiple projects across global time zones at any given time. Key Responsibilities To be successful in this role, you will need to: Manage North American and European projects or manage North America and Asia/Pacific projects. Establish and guide adoption of NomadGo's Project Management Framework. Coordinate with a group of internal and external resources to gather requirements, scope deliverables, develop timelines, and deliver complete solutions. Develop detailed plans for each project, including the delivery and resourcing schedule even in the face of ambiguous and changing requirements. Present a clear picture of progress toward each deliverable and identify risks and blockers to avoid unexpected delays. Communicate clearly with multiple technical and non-technical stakeholders, both internal and external. Closely monitor each project to ensure that projects remain on track, meet deadlines, stay under client's budget, and deliver according to plan. Track the progress of multiple threads of development simultaneously. Schedule the right meetings with the right people to move projects forward while also working to minimize time in meetings. If questions or tradeoffs arise during the development process, bring those tradeoffs to partners and stakeholders and get answers. Maintain contact with clients and parties involved through email and phone calls, answer questions and concerns, prepare presentations, and enter project data. Collaborate with various teams and hold meetings to develop project plans and present them to upper-level management throughout the project's lifecycle - from initiation to close out. Responsible for gathering and documenting all project results and then reporting or presenting them to the appropriate stakeholders (both NomadGo and Client's management). Report on the success of the project and any setbacks that were encountered or room for improvement (Lessons Learned). Requirements The ideal candidate will have: 5-10 years of experience directly managing software development projects. Strong client-facing skills and prior experience gathering requirements from customers. Experience with one or more software development methodologies. A strong technical understanding of system design and integration patterns. Strong organizational skills. Exceptional people and communication skills. Location: Must be able to work on-site at our office in Redmond, WA. We believe creative work and great ideas come from face-to-face interactions. Business travel requirements are anticipated to not be more than 15% per month. The salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on Nomad Go's compensation practices, job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and trainings, in addition to geographic location. Based on the factors above, Nomad Go utilizes the full width of the range. In addition to the salary range, U.S employees are eligible for a stock option grant and to participate in the company's standard benefit programs, which currently include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) participation, paid time off and certain leaves of absence.
