Genesis10 is currently seeking a Civil Project Manager for a Full-Time position with our client in the Milwaukee, WI area.Job Summary: Provide leadership, project management, and construction administration services on various major building renovations, additions, new construction, and green infrastructure district initiatives and construction projects Oversee and manage the performance of contractors and design professionals during all phases of work Closely interact with Construction designers, planners, engineers, and Maintenance and Repair trade personnel to maintain guidelines, specifications, and construction administrative standards Will represent the Department of Facilities and Maintenance Services, Design and Construction team, in successfully meeting project goals, and deadlines, within budget
