The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machine operation, metalworking, and precision measurement. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package, along with the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.Responsibilities:As a CNC Machinist, your key responsibilities will include:1. Operating and maintaining CNC machines to ensure efficient and quality production.2. Reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, and drawings to understand the specifications of the product.3. Performing complex machine setups to ensure accuracy of the machine operation.4. Using precision measurement tools to inspect and ensure that the final product meets the required specifications.5. Utilizing lathe operation, grinding, and tooling skills to create and modify parts.6. Working with horizontal boring mills and other machinery as required.7. Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.8. Troubleshooting any machine malfunctions and performing necessary repairs.9. Collaborating with the engineering team to optimize machining processes.10. Continually improving and updating your knowledge and skills in the field.Qualifications:To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing environment.2. Proficiency in CNC machine operation, blueprint reading, metalworking, and precision measurement.3. Strong knowledge of lathe operation, grinding, tooling, and working with horizontal boring mills.4. Exceptional mathematical skills to calculate dimensions and tolerances.5. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.7. Strong communication and teamwork skills.8. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.9.
