This position represents a unique opportunity for a seasoned attorney to demonstrate their proficiency in Trust and Estates, Tax Law, OR Real Estate. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of cases, providing legal advice to our clients, and contributing to our firm's overall growth and development. This role requires a candidate with a strong work ethic, a passion for law, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.Responsibilities:1. Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients in areas of Trust and Estates, Tax Law, orReal Estate.2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored legal solutions.3. Conduct thorough legal research to ensure accurate advice and representation.4. Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of legal documents.5. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations as needed.6. Contribute to business development initiatives, actively seeking new opportunities to grow the firm's client base.7. Mentor and guide junior attorneys, fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment.8. Stay abreast of changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends, applying this knowledge to current cases and practice.9. Collaborate with other partners to contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the firm.Qualifications:1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a focus on Trust and Estates, Tax Law, and Real Estate.3. Current member in good standing with the State Bar.4. Demonstrated experience in managing a diverse case load, with the ability to prioritize effectively.5. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively advise clients and represent their interests.6. Proven track record in business development, with the ability to identify and secure new opportunities.7. Strong leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and guiding a team.8. Excellent research and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.9. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.10.
