AWe are growing and looking for a Cloud Engineer with Google Cloud Platform experience to join our team.Why join us?Flexible/hybrid work environmentRapidly growing organization!Competitive base salary and overall compensation package401k with generous company matchFull benefits: Medical, Dental, VisionGenerous PTO, vacation, sick and holiday scheduleJob DetailsKey Responsibilities:Design, deploy, and manage cloud-based solutions on Google Cloud Platform.Develop and implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.Optimize cloud environments for cost efficiency, performance, and scalability.Ensure security and compliance best practices are met across cloud deployments.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability.Collaborate with software development teams to support CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native application deployments.Automate operational tasks using scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.Manage Kubernetes (GKE) and containerized applications for efficient orchestration.Provide technical guidance and best practices for cloud adoption and migration strategies.Required Qualifications:3+ years of experience in cloud engineering with a focus on Google Cloud Platform.Hands-on experience with GCP services such as Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, and Cloud SQL.Strong expertise in infrastructure as code (IaC) and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, or similar).Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, GKE).Solid understanding of networking, security, and identity management in cloud environments.Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Interested in hearing more?
