The role is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to be a part of an innovative organization, leveraging the power of Internet of Things (IoT) to create smart stores. This position requires a professional with a strong outside sales background and a proven track record of success. The individual will be responsible for driving sales, fostering customer relationships, and contributing to the company's overall growth.Responsibilities:1. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.3. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.4. Act as a customer advocate, working closely with product management and engineering to deliver superior solutions for customers.5. Leverage the power of IoT to introduce innovative solutions to clients, highlighting how technology can enhance their retail operations.6. Conduct regular customer visits to ensure product satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.7. Deliver presentations and demonstrations of the latest smart store technology to potential clients.8. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.9. Provide detailed reports of sales activities, including sales forecasts, market trends, and customer feedback.Qualifications:1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the technology or retail industry.2. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.3. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.4. Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and how they create value for clients.5. Strong understanding of IoT and its applications in the retail industry.6. Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office.7. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.8. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.9. Strong verbal and written communication skills.10.
