We host regular employee luncheons, team activities, and holiday parties, and we recognize individual contributions through employee spotlight programs and anniversary celebrations.Job DetailsResponsibilities:Wire, assemble, test, and install electrical components on production machinery, buildings, and facilities.Maintain a "fix it right the first time" approach to all tasks.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent, with additional specialized training.Over 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.Journeyman level electrician certificationAbility to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, code manuals, and procedure manuals.Proficiency in standard documentation and effective communication skills.Strong mathematical skills, including metric system conversions.Physical Demands:Regularly required to stand, use hands, talk, and hear.Occasionally required to walk, sit, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.Must frequently lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.Specific vision abilities required include close vision and distance vision.Interested in hearing more?
