You will collaborate closely with our clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are executed within scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining our high standards of quality and safety.Key Responsibilities:Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project timelines and resolve any issues that arise.Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards.Prepare and review project proposals, contracts, and change orders.Track project financials, including budgets, expenses, and forecasting.Communicate effectively with clients to provide project updates and address concerns promptly.Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.Foster a positive team environment and mentor junior staff members.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).Proven experience as a Project Manager in the civil construction industry.Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and project management software (e.g., HCSS)Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.Interested in hearing more?
