We currently have 8 offices throughout the United States including California, Ohio, Tennessee, and Pennsylvania with additional personnel working in Japan, Kenya, and Germany.Our business spans over 75 multi-year government contracts and an average of 1,000+ projects annually for Federal, State, municipal, and commercial clients worldwide.Why join us?Provides a comprehensive and extensive benefit package including company sponsored Life, Accidental Death, and Disability (AD&D) Insurance, health insurance (health, dental, and vision); 401K Plan with employer match, continuing education reimbursement, and paid leave.Job DetailsResponsibilities:Assist with maintaining and improving upon awareness methods anddocumentation to includeo USSS Safety Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructionsand Formso Internal Safety Websiteo Regulatory required and internally developed posters for awarenessAssist with EHS Newsletter developmentAssist with training course development and implementation for USSSSupport the Forklift Training Program at RTC and other locations as neededPerform safety building walkthroughs, track issues and facilitate resolution atvarious locations in conjunction with the Environmental Program personnelAct as or reviews with SME, employee inquiries and concerns regarding safetyaspects for USSSPerform life safety inspections, tracking issues and facilitating resolution to includeeyewash/safety showers, emergency lighting and fire extinguishers at RTCAssist with the implementation of the Hazard Communication Program to includemaintaining chemical inventories, tracking training and overall complianceAssist with Industrial Hygiene Program to includeo Maintaining testing scheduleo Arranging testing at various locationso Assisting with testing (noise, air sampling, ventilation, surface wipe, etc.),reporting and tracking datao Maintaining equipment list and calibration requirementsAssist with FIT testing and support the Respiratory Protection ProgramSupport metrics development and reporting for accident/incident data and otheraspects of the Accident/Incident Investigation ProgramStay abreast of OSHA and other safety requirementsSupport the Hearing Conservation ProgramSupport the Environmental Program as neededQualificationsThe contractor shall possess a minimum of 5 years experience working in safety orindustrial hygiene, and a BS degree is required for this position.The contractor employee shall provide a resume along with a letter of commitment.Interested in hearing more?
