This includes designing hardware interfaces, software components, and integrating various sensors, actuators, and servosProgramming and Configuration: Write, test, and debug code for control systems using Allen-Bradley PLC programming language to configure control devicesSystem Integration: Integrate control systems with existing infrastructure, including PLCs, SCADA, and HMIsTesting and Validation: Conduct through testing of control systems to ensure functionality, reliability, and safety. Develop test plans, perform simulations, and analyze data to validate system performanceTroubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose and troubleshoot control system issues, including hardware malfunctions, software bugs, and communication errors. Implement corrective actions to resolve problems and optimize system performance.Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain documentation related to control system design, implementation, and maintenance activities. Generate reports, technical documents, and user manuals as necessaryCollaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers and test technicians to achieve project goals and ensure seamless integration of control systemsControls Inventory: Manage controls inventory stock and planningQualifications:A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or related fieldProven experience in control system design, programming, and implementation.Must have experience with Rockwell Automation, specifically Allen-Bradley products and design softwareKnowledge of low/high voltage systems and 24 vdc control powerHands-on experience with PLCs and SCADA systemsPrevious experience programming Fanuc or other industrial robots is a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex control system issuesExcellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environmentKnowledge of industry standards and regulations related to control systems (e.g., ISA, IEC)Interested in hearing more?
