The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing large-scale commercial construction projects from inception to completion.Key Responsibilities:Execute, manage, and direct all facets of construction management and procurement processes for assigned projectsDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial reportsManage Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) processes to ensure high-quality project deliveryLead and coordinate project teams, including subcontractors and consultantsCollaborate with stakeholders to document project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, and success measuresDevelop and maintain successful client relationships for repeat businessCommunicate directly with company management, contractors, and designers regarding project scope, costs, staffing, and schedulingPrepare and negotiate client and consultant proposals, fees, schedules, and contractsManage project budgets and financial reporting, interpreting and analyzing reports to ensure adherence to project budgetOversee timely invoicing and collections, including management of delinquent accounts receivablesProvide leadership, expert counsel, and guidance to project teamsManage project team dynamics, morale, and motivationCoordinate staffing resources with the Operations DirectorQualifications:MUNICIPAL, K12, HIGHER EDU, REC CENTER, HEALTHCARE, AND/OR LIFE SCIENCE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIREDBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field15+ years of experience in commercial construction project managementProven track record of successfully managing large-scale commercial construction projectsStrong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulationsExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in project management software and MS Office suiteInterested in hearing more?
