This role requires both strategic vision and tactical execution, as well as strong interpersonal skills. Experience in the consumer goods industry is highly preferred. Must have experience taking a company through the IPO process. This role will report directly into the CEO.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Financial Leadership:Develop and execute financial strategies to support rapid growth, including retail expansion and capital raising.FP&A:Lead financial planning, analysis, and forecasting to drive decision-making and growth initiatives.Cash Flow & Working Capital:Manage liquidity and working capital to optimize cash flow performance.Stakeholder Relations:Build and maintain relationships with the board, private equity partners, lenders, and auditors.Financial Operations:Oversee daily bookkeeping, accounting, payroll (Gusto), and benefits administration.Risk Management & Compliance:Manage tax planning, compliance, and external audits.Cross-Functional Partnership:Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on pricing strategies and with leadership on strategic business decisions.Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience:15-20+ years of progressive finance leadership experience; CFO or senior finance role in a consumer goods company is highly preferred.Technical Skills:Expertise in financial modeling, accounting, and inventory management.Operational Mindset:Proven ability to build financial systems from the ground up and operate effectively in a hands-on role.Leadership:Strong communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and translate complex financial concepts for non-finance stakeholders.Adaptability:Ambitious, high-energy, and solutions-oriented with a scrappy, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality.Seniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionFinance, Strategy/Planning, and ManagementIndustriesManufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
