This role is responsible for expanding Léman's reach into new areas to attract and enroll mission-appropriate families. You will be a critical member of the Admissions team and support the day to day operations of the office, liaise with prospective students and parents, and plan and execute admissions events and communications. This position reports to the Head of Communications & Enrollment Management and is part of an eight person admissions and marketing team. This is a full time in-school, 12 month position.Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:Admissions GrowthGenerate interest from prospective families and lead them through the admissions process.Manage and grow pipeline of families to meet enrollment goals.Conduct interviews and assessments, issue strategic communications to prospective families, give campus tours, and differentiate Léman from other NYC independent schools.Work closely with marketing team to create communications that highlight Léman's program and community.Community Outreach StrategyDevelop and lead outreach initiatives to grow interest in Léman. Using Léman's enrollment and trend data, identify new market segments, neighborhoods, and community partners that will grow inquiries and enrollment.Lead Parent Ambassador Program to grow word of mouth referrals.Manage Student Ambassador Program and coordinate students to speak at admissions events and for features in marketing efforts. Manage relationships with educational consultants. Develop newsletters and events for consultants to learn about Léman highlights and refer families.Data, Reporting & EventsAnalyze data to drive admissions and outreach strategy.Prepare weekly enrollment report for leadership team and other reports as requested.Plan events for prospective families that engage them in the Léman community and showcase school differentiators.Required Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degreeAt least 7-10 years of experience in school admissions, teaching, administration or related fieldCompelling, effective and enthusiastic spokespersonEffective communicator who can tailor messaging and guide families from a diverse range of backgrounds through the admissions processSincere interest in participating in the life of the school and learning about Léman families, students, and teachersMetrics-driven, analytical and able to interpret data to drive decision makingProfessional, service-oriented approach; reliable and responsiveFlexible and effective at juggling multiple projects at the same timeCommitment to confidentiality with sensitive informationTech-savvy and proficient with Google Suite, Ravenna and SSSAble to attend evening and weekend school events as requestedTo Apply:Interested applicants should apply on JobVite and submit resume, cover letter, three professional references and salary history.#J-18808-Ljbffr
