Job DescriptionOnin Staffing is seeking multiple Level II Soldering Technicians in the North Austin area for all shifts. This is an amazing opportunity for a skilled technician to enjoy competitive pay, a temp to hire role, and affordable health insurance after 30 days.Pay starting at 22.55/per hour8-10 hour shifts, Mon-Fri and Mon-ThursdayTemp-to-hire positionsAffordable health insurance you can actually use, including $5 copays, $5 prescriptions, and free Telehealth servicesWhat you'll do as an Inspection and Repair Operator:Key Responsibilities:Perform soldering and assembly of electronic spection and repair of solar panel sub components.Conduct quality inspections to ensure adherence to standards.Troubleshoot and repair electronic assemblies as needed.Maintain a clean and efficient work environment.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.Performing touch up and repairs.Document workloads as completed.Qualifications:Pass IPC-610 soldering testIPC-A-610 or J-STD-0001 certification not required but is a plusRelated experience and/or trainingMust have good or correctable eyesight and cannot be colorblindWork ExperienceThe preferred candidate might have:Experience in soldering and electronics assembly.Strong attention to detail and quality control.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Team-oriented with good communication skills.Soldering experience (at least 1 year)Electronics experience (at least 1 year)Knowledge of electronic assemblyExperience with point to point wiringAbility to lift up to 10 lbs.BenefitsEvery Onin Staffing job comes with amazing Teammate Benefits.
