In this role, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining our Enterprise Content Management systems, starting with the newSmartCOMMplatform and expanding into other content management platforms we leverage and support. As the Technical Administrator, you'll be at the forefront of driving personalized, omnichannel conversations to redefine customer engagement, and support platforms critical to the day-to-day success of our business operations.What does it take to join our Farm Bureau TeamYou must have a solid understanding of Enterprise Content Management.System Administration experience is preferred.SmartCOMM and SmartIQ experience is preferred:Technical SME in SmartCOMM form development and business trainingDeployment ManagerSoftware development experience preferredExperience with managing inbound workload and insure the downstream system process the payload.Experience with managing print vendors is a plus.Must have proven experience in setting and monitoring technical thresholds to ensure components operate to meet service objectives consistently.
