WHO WE ARE: We are Pasta Night- A pasta restaurant and market located in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. From the people behind Ciao, Gloria- a daytime cafe and bakery (located directly across the street.) Pasta Night is the neighborhood Italian restaurant you dream of: a daytime alimentari - specializing in gourmet Italian products and specialties, and a great lunch spot,  with perfectly al dente house-made pastas, glorious sauces, sandwiches, salads and focaccias. In the evening, Pasta Night flips the switch and becomes a cozy and casual pasta bar, serving aperitivo and small bites, authentic arancini, salads, an assortment of handmade pasta dishes, mains, and of course, classic Italian sweets and spoon desserts, provided by Ciao, Gloria herself. With a great vibe, a solid menu, awesome staff and a chill atmosphere, our goal is to become a beloved neighborhood spot.  WHAT WE OFFER: We are a passionate team that focuses on providing a creative, fun, and focused environment. WE ARE LOOKING TO FILL THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS: Bread Baker/Pasta Maker:   Create artisanal breads and baked goods with a focus on quality and consistency.   Craft fresh pasta daily, ensuring authenticity and quality. Must have experience with pasta-making techniques and a passion for Italian cuisine. Minimum of  2 years experience is required. Dishwashers/Porters:  Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dish and dining areas. Responsibilities include washing dishes, maintaining cleanliness throughout the space, and supporting kitchen staff as needed. 1-3 years of experience necessary. Prep Cooks:   Assist in the preparation of ingredients and dishes. Responsibilities include chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and ensuring the kitchen is ready for service. 2 years of experience necessary. Bread Baker/Pasta Maker:   Create artisanal breads and baked goods with a focus on quality and consistency. Craft fresh pasta daily, ensuring authenticity and quality. Must have experience with pasta-making techniques and a passion for Italian cuisine. Minimum of  2 years experience is required. Server/Bartender:   Provide excellent customer service, taking orders, and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. clearing tables, running food, and maintaining a clean dining area. Must be efficient and attentive to customer needs. At least 2 years experience in a fast casual and/or fine dining environment is a must.  Prepare and serve cocktails, espresso and other beverages. Must have experience in both coffee preparation and bartending, with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere. 2 years of experience necessary.
