Job Description: As the Assistant Hotel Manager , you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the smooth functioning of all departments. You will work closely with the Hotel General Manager and other staff to uphold our brand standards, lead a team of professionals, and contribute to the overall success of the hotel. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Hotel Manager in managing all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, and guest services. Supervise and motivate staff to ensure high levels of performance, professionalism, and guest satisfaction. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive guest experience. Monitor hotel performance metrics and report on occupancy, revenue, and other key performance indicators. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to maintain cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards. Assist in managing budgets, financial reports, and cost control measures. Support the implementation of marketing strategies and promotional activities to increase revenue. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to enhance guest engagement and drive bookings. Lead by example, fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment. Requirements: Proven experience (2+ years) in hotel operations, ideally in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and problem-solving abilities. A passion for guest service with a focus on exceeding guest expectations. Familiarity with hotel management software and booking systems. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
