Come join a NYC institution. Raoul's has been a leading French restaurant since 1975. Lead Line Cook: Responsibilities: Attendance and timeliness Ensuring that all dishes are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, and cooking standards. Keeping equipment clean, and in excellent working condition. Maintaining a positive work environment via effective, professional communication with other employees and managers. Requirements: Experience working in a profession kitchen in New York City. Knife skills and general knowledge of cooking techniques. Friendly, outgoing, energetic team player with a positive attitude. Ability to think quickly, and multi task in a fast paced environment. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to take direction and execute. Must work nights and weekends. Culinary certificate degree a plus. Must be able to stand for 10 hours and lift up to 40lbs.
