Inventory Coordinator

Looking for an experienced inventory coordinator that will be tasked with ensuring accuracy of inventory materials by both quantity and stock location. The Inventory Coordinator will complete cycle counts daily, reconcile, identify material including raw steel materials, resolve discrepancies among various stock types, and warehousing duties. JOB SUMMARY The Inventory Coordinator will be tasked with ensuring accuracy of inventory materials by both quantity and stock location. The Inventory Coordinator will complete cycle counts daily as assigned for each warehouse location. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Daily cycle counts at multiple facilities as assigned by the Inventory Control Manager. * Reconciliation and root cause analysis of inaccurate counts. * Maintenance of product and stock locations both physically and in the ERP system. * Identifying and labeling stock items when necessary. * Physically and systematically handling NCRs after disposition. * Physically and systematically handling various forms of scrap. * Resolve inventory discrepancies for work orders and purchase orders. * Receiving non-inventory line items on purchase orders. * Receiving raw material goods into the system, ensuring MCRs are included, and purchase orders match physical receipt. * Assist warehouse as needed for pulling, verifying, and returning items to stock. * Inventory consolidation. * Housekeeping. * Scanning, filing, and uploading paperwork. * Special projects and duties as assigned. * identify material including raw steel materials, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS * Self-motivated * Good communication skills * Ability to work closely with others * Accurate filing/record keeping * Strong organizational skills * Good mathematical comprehension * Minimum High School Diploma * Warehousing and parts experience a plus JOB REQUIREMENTS * Based in Conroe, Texas. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES * Excel and Microsoft Office experience a plus * Experience identifying raw material preferred
