The Role: At Pearl Meyer, our Survey Team publishes over 50 annual surveys on employee compensation, benefits and human resources practices. We are seeking candidates who thrive on working in a team environment with an aptitude for multitasking. From client management and engagement to data analysis, this role offers full exposure to the survey publication cycle. The Associate Account Manager responsibilities include: * Assist Survey Project Managers throughout the survey cycle including data analysis, report peer review, and client meeting coordination. * Manage an assigned group of compensation survey clients. This includes assisting clients throughout the survey submission process, reviewing individual client data to ascertain data integrity, and advising clients regarding questions pertaining to survey report outputs. * Utilize survey software and systems to program compensation and benefit surveys * Develop technical knowledge and skills pertaining to compensation and benefit surveys * Assist with and/or lead ad hoc survey projects * Draft and send client communication regarding available surveys, special offers and new Pearl Meyer products * Adhere to Pearl Meyer brand and quality standards * Maintain client databases and generate reports as needed. The Person: Pearl Meyer is seeking candidates who have an interest in, or prior exposure to, the field of compensation and a desire to further their knowledge through Pearl Meyer's many training and educational opportunities. Applicants should have a strong orientation towards client management and data analysis. This role is deadline driven and requires strong attention to detail. The ability to work in a collaborative, team environment is needed. Knowledge, Skills and Qualification Requirements * A Bachelor's Degree with a strong record of academic achievement * Excellent attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as a part of a collaborative team * Strong technical proficiency in a MS Word environment, particularly with Excel * Excellent judgement and ability to handle and safeguard confidential and sensitive data * Experience with survey management, especially compensation surveys is a plus * Interest in Human Resources and/or Compensation * Applicants should be authorized to work in the US (sponsorship will not be provided) This position may offer the occasional opportunity for travel in spring and fall for those who desire.
