Account Manager

OVERVIEW Orion Risk Management, an Alera Group company, is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES * Utilize the agency management system (EPIC) to service client accounts. * Handle renewal insurance marketing and prepare insurance proposals. * Process policy changes and manage invoicing efficiently. * Respond promptly to client, Account Executive, and Producer requests. * Review and provide guidance on policy forms. * Communicate with insurance underwriters to address client needs. * Stay informed on current carrier and market conditions. QUALIFICATIONS * High School Diploma and active California Property & Casualty Insurance License. * Minimum 4+ years of experience as an Assistant Account Manager or Account Manager. * Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude. * Professional oral and written communication skills in English (second language a plus). * Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) and general computer navigation. * Ability to perform basic retail math, including fractions and percentages.
