Employer Industry: Technology and IT Services Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $96,125 annually Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401k Employee stock purchase plan Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Supportive and inclusive workplace culture that values diversity and individuality Remote work welcome, providing flexibility in your work environment What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Develop and enforce IT asset policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulations Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning Collaborate with internal audit, finance, and procurement teams to ensure compliance with company policies Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows to enhance IT asset management processes Generate reports and dashboards to provide visibility into IT asset inventory and cost analysis What is Required (Qualifications): 3+ years of experience in IT asset management, IT operations, or related fields in a large enterprise environment Strong knowledge of IT asset management best practices and asset lifecycle management Experience with IT asset management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Flexera, Ivanti, or similar platforms) Understanding of software licensing models, contracts, and compliance requirements Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and working with spreadsheets (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools) How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Familiarity with ITIL frameworks Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience in budgeting and strategic decision-making related to IT assets We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
