Base pay range $60.00/hr - $70.00/hr Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services Build and optimize NoSQL databases, particularly Couchbase, including N1QL queries, indexing strategies, and bucket configurations Develop and integrate APIs, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions Work with event-driven architectures, message queues, and distributed caching Implement BDD methodologies using Cucumber and Gherkin for testing and validation Optimize database and application performance, including query tuning and caching strategies Write clean, optimized, and maintainable code in a fast-paced environment Requirements Experience with Couchbase SDK, key-value stores, and database integrations Strong proficiency in Go/Golang, with experience in backend development and concurrency patterns Knowledge of cloud infrastructure is a plus The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract, and business needs.
