Employer Industry: Pharmaceutical Research & Development Why consider this job opportunity: Salary range of $104,200.00 - $163,900.00 Bonus eligibility and long-term incentive options available Comprehensive health care and insurance benefits for employees and their families Retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days included Opportunity to work in a hybrid model, with flexibility for remote work on designated days Engage in high-impact projects that drive efficiency and innovation within the clinical supply chain What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Participate in the design, development, testing, and deployment of new high business value digital IT applications Collaborate with GDQ Disposition Areas, GCS Planner, and Master Planners to ensure adequate support of new digital applications Develop and support dynamic metrics based on business requirements Identify and drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and supply chain performance Provide support for cross-functional IT projects within GDQ and GCS What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in IT Demonstrated technical experience in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Oracle SQL Strong skills in communicating effectively with diverse individuals/groups at all levels Ability to work in a team environment and knowledge of continuous improvement and project management methodologies How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Spotfire and advanced proficiency in Excel Experience in direct complex cross-functional IT initiatives Strong collaboration, influencing, and negotiation skills Previous experience in developing business tools and data analytics for quality operations #J-18808-Ljbffr
