The Regional Vice President of Property Marketing (RVP) is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive occupancy, revenue growth, and brand awareness for up to 75 communities under the Mill Creek Residential portfolio, including the Modera by Mill Creek, Amavi by Mill Creek, Beckett by Mill Creek, and Alister by Mill Creek brands. This leadership position will manage two or more Regional Marketing Managers, fostering their professional development while ensuring the successful execution of property-level and regional marketing strategies. Essential Functions/Responsibilities Supervise, mentor, and develop two or more Regional Marketing Managers, ensuring alignment with company objectives and individual career growth. Provide leadership and guidance on marketing initiatives, problem-solving, and resource allocation. Promote a collaborative, results-driven environment that reflects Mill Creek Residential's mission of creating meaningful relationships and extraordinary places. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for communities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. Oversee the execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, temporary signage, grassroots marketing, and experiential marketing. Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless brand voice and messaging delivery across all marketing channels. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy rates, lead conversions, and cost per lead. Use data insights to optimize marketing strategies and make recommendations to enhance performance. Collaborate with Regional Managers and VP/SVPs to align marketing efforts with operational goals. Partner with Regional Managers, Property Management, and Development teams to identify and address property-specific marketing needs. Serve as a key liaison with corporate marketing and creative services to ensure alignment with company-wide branding and marketing standards. Manage relationships with external vendors, including creative agencies and technology providers. Oversee marketing budgets for assigned communities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Review and approve community marketing expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines and return on investment (ROI). Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Minimum of 5 years of experience in property marketing, multifamily real estate, or a related industry. At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role managing marketing teams. Skills/Specialized Knowledge Expertise in multifamily real estate marketing, including digital marketing, branding, and customer engagement strategies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly. Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing talent. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in marketing technology platforms, such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
