Company Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CFO/CAO or Controller to join our dynamic team. This is a hands-on role for an experienced professional with a strong background in Real Estate REITs and a proven track record within public companies . The ideal candidate will be involved in all aspects of the financial close process and play a key role in the company's financial management. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the financial close process. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic financial planning and decisions. Handle financial statements, reconciliations, and reports. Manage cash flow, capital structure, and financial performance. Provide financial insights to support the growth and success of the business. Work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, and other external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all accounting and regulatory standards. Support investor relations and public filings. Qualifications & Experience: Experience with Real Estate REITs is required. Strong background in public company finance and accounting. Hands-on experience with financial processes and management. Strong understanding of financial close processes and accounting standards. Experience with public-private and private companies is acceptable. CPA certification is desirable but not required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
