Base pay range $175,000.00/yr - $195,000.00/yr Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, LinkedIn #TalentMVP2023 VP of Sales, Luxury Interiors Overview: The VP Sales USA is responsible for driving the commercial growth with interior designers and architects across the United States, while overseeing all sales operations, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. This position will lead and manage a high-performing team, including regional sales leaders and contract sales personnel, to achieve strategic goals and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration. NOTE: This requires experience in luxury textiles, flooring, furnishings or other high-end interior design-related sectors. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop a national sales team to achieve outstanding performance and meet company sales objectives. Ensure all team members, including regional leaders, contract sales managers and showroom directors, are properly trained, supported, and aligned with organizational goals. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment that inspires high levels of engagement and accountability. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company-wide revenue targets. Collaborate with sales leaders to set clear objectives, optimize processes, and exceed revenue targets. Identify and implement scalable strategies to capture opportunities in emerging markets, including contract and trade channels. Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, including new markets, products, and strategic partnerships. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to refine strategies and improve results. Provide direct oversight and support to regional sales leaders, ensuring showroom standards and client satisfaction remain at the highest levels. Guide the Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the contract market. Work closely with regional teams to ensure a seamless client experience and successful project execution. Build and nurture relationships with key clients, attending strategic meetings to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction. Position the brand as a one-stop shopping brand for interior designers and contract partners in the USA. Maintain visibility in major projects and serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders. Prepare and manage monthly and quarterly sales forecasts, ensuring the pipeline of activity is sufficient to meet targets. Regularly report on competition, market trends, and business developments to the leadership team. Conduct competitor analysis to ensure product offerings remain competitive and innovative. Qualifications and Skills Extensive leadership experience in sales within premium industries (e.g., furniture, textiles, or design-related sectors). Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and achieving sales targets. Exceptional leadership and team-building skills. Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and forecast trends. Willingness to travel extensively to meet with teams and clients across the United States. Strong ability to network and ability to lead by example in business development. Detailed existing knowledge of interior design/homewares and strong networks within the design community. CRM experience.
